Our Return Policy & Limited Warrantee

We at Hot Boats De-Lite, Inc. stand by our product and our customers. Our Hot Boat Lighters are made with high quality Piezo mechanisms that are good for 20,000 lights. Instructions on how to refill and adjust them are included in the box, but, if you have any questions, just email us at info@hotboatlighters.com and we will be happy to answer them. If there is a need for repair or return please do the following:

Repair Warrantee- 1 year from date of purchase. Must be sent with original box and receipt. A warrantee slip is included in each lighter box. Include a check for $5.00 made payable to Hot Boats De-Lite, Inc. for shipping and handling.

Refunds- The lighters must be returned to us in its original box with the receipt within 30 days from date of purchase.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTEE
Congratulations on purchasing the lighter that constitutes your favorite passion, Boating. Now you can show and discuss with friends and acquaintances your favorite sport. Fine craftsman and engineers, the same that build your own boat, manufacture hot Boats Lighters. A refillable & adjustable Piezo Electric Lighting mechanism gives your Hot Boat Lighter long life. If you do have a mechanical problem, return it with the original receipt with date of purchase, accompanied by a check for $5.00 to cover shipping and handling, it will be repaired as long as the lighter wasn’t unnecessarily abused. The warrantee does not apply to the outer finish of your lighter. Hot Boats De-Lite will not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use of its lighters. Check our website at hotboatlighters.com for new colors and models. They can be used every day or be made into a collection as new models become available.
